As women travelling alone, we loved the hotel's convenient location near the main pedestrian street and shopping area. The upgrade to our room was a great decision, giving us a nice view of Grafton Street. The comfortable bed and spotlessly clean room made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff provided excellent service. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay.
Felt very lucky, nothing was too much trouble.

excellent location. Very good and beautiful hotel at the height of its 5 stars. Bar The side car excellent with very professional and high level staff: equivalent to the Hemingway bar at the Ritz Paris for those who know it. Brasserie The Balfes of good quality and Restaurant The Wilde excellent with a nice wine list. Room service menu diverse and of good quality.
Nothing

The location of the hotel was exceptional, as it was centrally located in Dublin's city center. It provided easy access to shopping and dining options, with many restaurants and shops just a short walk away. the hotel was close to a conference center, making it convenient for business travelers. The gallery in the hotel was beautiful and provided a pleasant atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind.
Some guests have mentioned that there were issues with third-party reservationists associated with the hotel. This led to confusion regarding amenities and prices, leaving a bad impression on some guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel special throughout our stay. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful rooms that had the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to everything we needed to walk to. Being in the center of the Grafton Street area allowed us to easily explore all the major Dublin attractions on foot. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a great start to our day. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were the best aspects of our stay.
Nothing. It is perfect.

Ideal location, at the foot of all shops, park, 5 mn walk from Trinity College, 10 mn from Temple Bar... Magnificent room, perfect breakfast, attentive and friendly staff... All the details are planned to make your stay pleasant... Please note that the room overlooked the rooftops and not grafton street so very quiet.
Quite small bathroom with random lighting. But well-equipped and impeccably clean.

The bedding was unbelievable!. The staff is really looking after it. I've never seen anything like it... they even brought a small fridge to store my medications that need to be kept cold. Really bravo. Two restaurants for dinner. At night it's nice to have a drink. It's a nice hotel. In a small alleyway, in a huge and busy shopping street.
It is true that the room was "basic" compared to the price paid. But if you think about it, this is a luxury hotel, so you pay for the "name"... it's not disturbing.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing! It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and visit all the popular attractions. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the warm and attentive hospitality made us feel right at home.
There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. our room was not ready until much later than the expected check-in time, which was quite frustrating as we had plans for the evening and needed to freshen up.

The Bed, location and staff
There were eggshells in my eggs. I told the waiter, but no apology from the hotel. At 16€ for 2 eggs, 1 sausage and 1 piece of bacon, I expected better.

I had a wonderful stay at The Westbury and felt like a king from the moment I walked in. The luxurious ambience and beautiful lounge made for a perfect catch-up with friends. The restaurant, Wilde, served exceptional Michelin-quality food that exceeded my expectations. The staff were attentive and made sure I felt like a valued customer throughout my stay. Special mention to Michael, Adrian, Daniel, and the rest of the team who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and special. And let's not forget the amazing 5-star cocktail bar, The Sidecar, which quickly became one of my favorites in town. The range of premium drinks was impressive, and the bartenders always created the most memorable cocktails. Whether it's for a night out or a special evening to impress your loved ones, The Westbury is the place to be in Dublin. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

The location, lobby/staff and restaurant decor, bedding and bathrooms
The rooms are very basic and even a little outdated for this level of service. To get used to having a buffet breakfast at the hotel, the continental breakfast is EXTREMELY disappointing (in terms of choice) Pass your way . To sum up: Good but not exceptional. The location does it all.

Best Location: Despite the check, in debacle, the hotel's location was unbeatable. It was right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for us to explore all the top attractions and landmarks. We could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit, saving us time and money on transportation.
Worst Check, In Experience: Although we had high hopes for our vacation, our check, in experience at the hotel was a major disappointment. We arrived early and were promised a call when our room was ready, but it never came.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of Dublin, tucked away in one of the laneways off Grafton Street. It is a stone's throw away from all the shopping areas and attractions, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and modern amenities, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The view from some rooms is breathtaking, overlooking the cityscape.
The pricing of meals at the hotel's restaurant seems to be on the higher side.

This hotel truly offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every desire. the exceptional service was personalized and catered to my needs. the Spa & wellness center was a haven of relaxation and the sauna was just what I needed. the room was spacious, and the exclusive benefits made me feel special. the Restaurant offered a variety of exquisite dishes, and I especially enjoyed the Continental breakfast served in-room. the Bar/Lounge area was stylish and cosy, perfect for enjoying a cocktail. Snack bar, Packed lunches, Special diet menus were available upon request.
the Coffee/Tea in the lobby was not hot enough for my liking.

Mejor imposible.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just off Grafton Street with plenty of Irish pubs nearby. The main parts of the hotel were beautifully designed and had a great ambiance. The terrace in the house restaurant was the perfect spot for a delicious dinner, and the bar had a cool, Great Gatsby vibe.
The air conditioning in the room. It was difficult to operate, and it woke us up a few times during the night when the room became too hot.
